For user safety, WOLF & RITA does not store any information about credit or debit cards on its servers. These details are simply passed securely to be authorised by your bank. We use internet security technology to ensure that it is safe for you to shop with us.
We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, unauthorised access, etc. where possible. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments.

OTHER SITES

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. All payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Our marketing emails are sent using the Mailchimp platform. It ensures that the data collected when you sign-up to receive our newsletters is secure and allows us to amend or fully remove your data upon request.
