How do I place an order?
Choose the items you want to buy, select your size and click on “add to cart”. Once you have added all the items, go to cart and click “check out”. You will then be prompted to fill in your delivery and billing details and to choose a payment method.
You can also use “express checkout”, if paying with Apple Pay or PayPal.
What if an item is sold out?
Restocks are not a usual practice at Wolf & Rita. If we do restock a certain item, it will simply reappear on our website.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, so you need to reach us fast to be able to cancel your order. Please contact Customer Care. Fulfilled orders cannot be stopped.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your junk mailbox, maybe our email was wrongly redirected there.
If the email is nowhere to be found, please email Customer Care, letting us know the email and name used to place the order. We will check and get back to you as soon as possible.
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
Please contact Customer Care and let us know what’s missing. Please make sure you mention your order number.
Maybe the item is out of stock and we failed to warn you. In this case, a refund should have been issued.
Rest assured, we will find out what happened.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Please contact Customer Care and let us know what was wrong. Please make sure you mention your order number.
We will send you a return label for that item and ship the right item as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to my order?
We try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, so you need to reach us fast to be able to change your order. Please contact Customer Care. Fulfilled orders cannot be amended or canceled.

Can I return my order?
If you are not happy with your items and wish to return them please send them back to our warehouse address within 14 days of reception.
The products must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all their labels and tags on. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging.
Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
How do I return my order?
Send an email to our Customer Care team. Please include in your email your order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will the take it from here.

Can I make an exchange?Sorry but Wolf&Rita does not do exchanges. In case you wish to receive a different size and/or item, you should place a new order on our website.
Can I get a refund?Yes, if you have not received an item you have paid for, if the item was faulty or if you have successfully returned an item to us.
How do I get a refund?
If a refund is due, we will process it to the same payment method used to place the order..
I returned my order, why haven’t I been refunded yet?
Refunds are only issued once the returned items reach us and have been checked. Please allow a couple of days after reception for it to be issued. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us again.
Can I receive my refund through a different payment method?
Unfortunately, no. Refunds can only be issued using the same payment method.

How are shipping costs calculated?
We are now working with Calculated Shipping Rates on Shopify. This means your shipping cost is accurately calculated at checkout, using your order's real weight and volume.
Do you offer free shipping?
Wolf & Rita offers free shipping on orders above 300€. Exceptions may apply but will be visibly announced.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We work with BATCH for deliveries in Portugal and Spain. BATCH can also be used for EU deliveries, at cheaper rates but slower delivery times. For express deliveries in the EU (excluding Portugal and Spain) and for the rest of the world, we work with DHL.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays. We do our best to ship your order the next possible working day.
Once shipped, our carriers promise next day delivery. But please remember that due to newly implemented requirements and restrictions, carriers and customs everywhere are working at a different pace and with limitations and your order can take a few extra days to arrive.
Wolf&Rita will not be responsible for unpredictable and force majeur events.
Can I track my order?
You can track your package at any moment, change the delivery date, ask for it to be left at a neighbour or ServicePoint and even change the delivery address. All in the carriers’ Shipping app.

How can I pay for my order?
Payments are processed using Shopify Payments so different payment methods will be available in different countries. Most popular payment methods, such as Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card and bank transfer are available to everyone.
What currencies can I make my payments in?
We currently only offer payments in Euros. We are looking to expand our currency options in the future.
How are taxes handled?
Tax rates are location based and will be automatically set, nothing to be added or removed at checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Just type the discount code at checkout and click “apply”.
